Moving In

This past week and including the weekend I spent painting and cleaning the apartment... I moved in everything yesterday and in all honesty it went smoothly... Except for the fact that of all things Jalan's bed would not fit through the door so I had to take it apart.. Which I will reassemble it at some point this week, I still have to paint his room and get it ready.... Now I face the challenge of opening boxes of memories and purging. There are some things I intend to keep and others I'm not. I like my new place and I am aggressively turning it into a home which is something I did not do with the old place... not sure why.... I am happy to have a home again and looking forward to the good and bad times that lie ahead...
